Job Summary
Oversee clinical operations of the 120-bed skilled rehab unit, supervising nurses and CNAs while interfacing with physicians and managing QI reporting. Provide clinical expertise to staff for the most clinically acute patients and residents. Manage typical Monday through Friday day shift hours with some weekend and on-call duties. Requires current Virginia Board of Nursing license, 3-5 years RN experience, and comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations. BSN and nursing management experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care
