RN Unit Manager

RN Unit Manager responsible for leading care delivery and supervising staff in a long-term care setting. Develop, implement, and continually update individual care plans; conduct admissions and discharge assessments; triage health changes and coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and company health/safety regulations; perform quality assurance and maintain accurate documentation. Serve as family and team liaison, oversee training, orientation, and performance evaluations, and manage staffing schedules and assignments. Must be licensed as an RN in Maryland and able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
