RN Unit Manager

Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit, establish and implement employee policies and procedures, and mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career advice. Maintain unit standards of care by reviewing resident records, quality of care, and individual cases. Address questions or complaints from residents or families and represent the unit's interests with upper-level management. This role supports a 240-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Schenectady, NY, where patient-centered therapy is delivered by an expert team. Valid State RN License required; 3 years Long Term Care and 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred.
