Job Summary
Coordinate clinical operations for the Sage Glen neighborhood, managing resident admissions, discharges, and daily care plans while overseeing infection prevention, surveillance, and outbreak response. Supervise Charge Nurses and staff, ensuring accurate medical documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to infection control standards. Lead quarterly QAPI meetings, conduct management rounding, and handle grievance resolution in collaboration with social services. Participate in on-call and Manager on Duty rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Georgia
- CPR certified
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language
- Must have skills in communication, assessment and critical thinking
- Thorough understanding of Federal and State rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines governing labor, employee issues related to their job
- Must have skills in communication, assessment and critical thinking
- Should have knowledge of State and Federal Health Care Regulations, Laws, and procedures
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language
