Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of a 46-bed short-term rehabilitation unit while supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with all NYS Department of Health and CMS regulations, coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning, and monitor clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow, and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families. This full-time role offers a six-figure salary, PTO, and comprehensive benefits at Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center.
Required Qualifications
- Current NYS Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing management or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture
