Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services alongside the Director of Nursing at The Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center. Coordinate nursing care and services for residents, conducting assessments of their needs and assisting in developing comprehensive care plans to address individual requirements. Ensure quality care aligns with organizational policies, federal, state, and local standards governing the facility. Requires a Registered Nurse in good standing with one to three years of supervisory experience, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in good standing
- Currently licensed by the State of Alabama
- One to three years of supervisory experience
