Job Summary
Oversee clinical operations and daily nursing activities for an assigned subacute unit, supervising staff, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation aides. Conduct resident assessments, review provider orders and quality indicators, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary rounds. Ensure accurate documentation, medication management, and regulatory compliance while monitoring infection control and resident safety. Participate in care plan meetings, QAPI activities, and staff coaching to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care. Full-time days shift with salary ranging from $70,720 to $79,040 annually. Located in Cheektowaga, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a long-term care setting

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of long-term care experience with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and long-term care regulations
- Leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
