RN Unit Based Per Diem ICU Stepdown

Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and treatments while supporting data analysis to guide medical decisions and treatment plans. Implement prescribed interventions to ensure strict adherence to protocols and promote patient safety. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex situations. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience with one year in a clinical specialty, and a valid NC or Compact state RN license plus BLS certification. Works under close supervision on designated daily shifts.
