RN Unit Based Educator - Med Surg/Tele - Full Time Days (10hrs)

Conduct education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, translating hospital objectives and regulatory measures to address identified learning needs. Perform competency assessments on hire and annually, receiving new employees after general and clinical orientation while ensuring compliance with professional standards. Develop and implement educational plans that optimize care for inpatients and the community, collaborating with inter-professional teams to support quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in nursing with at least two years of clinical experience and a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must hold a current California nursing license and certification in Nursing Professional Development or their specialty area. Full-time day shift employment includes mandatory annual training in Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Workplace Violence Prevention.
