Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide safe, collaborative patient care across all settings while acting as a patient advocate for delegation and performance improvement. Maintain accountability for professional development within the legal scope of practice and align care delivery with Kettering Health's mission and values. This full-time night shift role requires an Ohio-licensed RN with an accredited nursing degree and preferred BSN, holding BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if they are a new graduate nurse
- BLS certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire)
