Day shift, full-time Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care across medical-surgical units and rehab, developing and modifying the plan of care per Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN)
- Current OK RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- 1-3 years' experience
