Job Summary
Monitor resident health, complete daily rounds, and communicate with families, physicians, and the care team to support quality outcomes. Coordinate care plans, attend conferences, and ensure MDS compliance while serving as a clinical resource during emergencies. Assist with pre-admission assessments, evaluate new clinical technology, and coach frontline staff through supervision and performance feedback. Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed. Requires a current Colorado RN license with experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care. Shifts run Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm with pay ranging from $42-$50.88 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing
- Fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking
- Ready to stay active? You'll be handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and infectious diseases
- Prepared to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout your shift—nursing keeps you on your toes!
- Thriving in a dynamic setting with frequent interruptions and multitasking
- Energized by frequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors—connection is what it's all about!
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or healthcare suites preferred
