RN Triage Resource Team

RN Triage Resource - Float reviews patient voicemails and speaks with patients by phone or MyChart to determine appropriate level of care per protocol, conducts nurse-led telephone assessments, uses teach-back to confirm understanding, and communicates with clinical staff. Responds to high-risk complaints by directing to ED immediately, arranges appropriate physician visits, escorts patients, records vital signs, prepares exam rooms, and assists with immunizations and in-office procedures (e.g., colposcopy, LEEP, ESSURE, ablation, labs). Requires RN licensure in Illinois with BLS, and Bachelor’s in Science preferred; travel required to Addison and Lombard; location includes Elmhurst and surrounding areas; full-time schedule M-F 8am-5pm with variability in hours.
