Job Summary
Conduct phone triage, assess caller needs through active listening and clinical assessment, and manage acute and preventative patient interventions. Perform patient education, manage continuous glucose monitor placement and testing, handle insurance pre-authorizations, and coordinate referrals. Maintain exam rooms by cleaning and stocking supplies. Work full-time 32-hour shifts with rotating schedules from Monday through Friday, including 8 or 9-hour days and 5-hour Fridays, while floating between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR certification, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Registered Nurse (RN)
