Job Summary
Manage patient care needs through inbound and outbound telephone triage, assessing caller requirements via active listening and clinical assessment. Provide patient education, handle insurance pre-authorization, coordinate referrals, and perform continuous glucose monitor placement and testing. Maintain exam rooms by cleaning and stocking supplies while managing both acute and preventative interventions. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR certification, and ability to lift 40 lbs. with 32-hour full-time shifts rotating between Monday-Thursday 8 or 9-hour blocks and Friday 5-hour shifts. Floats between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required: Floating locations between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park
