Job Summary
Manage patient care needs via inbound and outbound telephone triage, utilizing active listening, clinical assessment, and advanced problem-solving to address acute and preventative interventions. Conduct continuous glucose monitor placement, testing, and insurance pre-authorizations while providing patient education and managing referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms to maintain operational readiness. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to handle high-stress periods with prolonged standing or walking. Full-time schedule of 32 hours per week with rotating 8-9 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and 5-hour Friday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required: Floating locations between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park
