RN Triage - Physical Medicine & Rehab

Conduct inbound and outbound telephone triage, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, and advanced problem-solving to manage immediate and ongoing patient care. Perform continuous glucose monitor placement and testing, handle insurance pre-authorization, and coordinate referrals. Provide patient education, clean and stock exam rooms, and maintain positive customer relationships. Rotate through 5-9 hour shifts Monday through Friday, floating between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park. Requires current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
