Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound telephone triage, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, and advanced problem-solving to manage immediate and ongoing patient care. Perform patient education, continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, insurance pre-authorization, and referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms while maintaining positive customer relationships. Operate Monday through Thursday in 8 or 9-hour shifts, with Friday 5-hour shifts based on rotation, floating between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park. Requires current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required: Floating locations between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park
- Office Hours: Varies Monday - Thursday 8 or 9 -hour shifts. Fridays 5 - hour sift based off rotation
