RN Triage - Physical Medicine & Rehab

Assess caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, and advanced problem-solving to manage patient immediate and ongoing needs via inbound and outbound telephone practice. Provide patient education, perform continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, handle insurance pre-authorization, and coordinate referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires current Illinois RN licensure and AHA CPR certification, with a BSN and Office RN experience preferred. Shifts vary Monday through Thursday (8 or 9 hours) and Friday (5 hours) based on rotation, with travel required between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park.
