Job Summary
Assess caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education, and advanced problem-solving while managing immediate and ongoing patient care. Perform phone triage, continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, insurance pre-authorization, and referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to lift 40 lbs. Full-time 32-hour week with hourly pay ranging from $33.96 to $52.64. Floats between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park. Endeavor Health serves over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties with more than 300 ambulatory locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required: Floating locations between Naperville, Woodridge, Addison, Lombard, and Oak Park
