RN Triage - Ortho

RN Triage (Ortho) duties include phone triage, patient education and glucose monitor placement, handling insurance pre-authorization and referrals, and maintaining exam rooms. The RN triage nurse assesses caller needs via active listening and clinical assessment, manages immediate and ongoing patient needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention, and works under supervision with varied hours and floating locations. Requires active RN licensure in Illinois and CPR certification; BSN preferred. Full-time role with travel to floating coverage locations; typical office hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
