RN Triage - Gastro

Manage patient care needs via inbound and outbound telephone triage, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, and advanced problem-solving. Actively manage acute and preventative interventions while handling phone triage, patient education, continuous Glucose Monitor placement, insurance pre-authorization, and referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms to maintain operational readiness. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to lift 40 lbs. Schedule includes two 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some travel to other locations and flexible hours. Part-time role at Endeavor Health serves a community of over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
