Job Summary
Conduct phone triage, assess caller needs through active listening and clinical evaluation, and manage acute and preventative patient interventions. Perform patient education, manage continuous glucose monitor placement and testing, handle insurance pre-authorizations, and coordinate referrals. Clean and stock exam rooms while maintaining positive customer relationships. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Work two 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some travel to other locations. Part-time role offering 20 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM -5:00 PM. You will be working two, 10-Hour shifts
- Part Time: 20 hours / week. (Two, 10-Hour shifts)
