Job Summary
Assess caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education, and advanced problem-solving while managing immediate and ongoing patient care needs. Perform phone triage, continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and clean and stock exam rooms. Requires current Illinois RN licensure, AHA CPR certification, ability to lift 40 lbs, and effective English communication. Schedule includes two 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some travel to other locations and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
- Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress
- Travel Required
- Flexible hours to meet operational needs
- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM -5:00 PM
- Two, 10-Hour shifts
- 20 hours / week
