RN Triage

RN Triage role in Allina Health’s Minnesota-based outpatient setting. Fully remote position with occasional onsite requirements and 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period), 32 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, every 4th weekend rotation. Role supports triage services, anti-coagulation, and medication refills in an outpatient clinic context; must reside within 60 minutes of Apple Valley, MN or Coon Rapids, MN. Responsibilities span data collection and prioritization of patient health data, nursing diagnoses, outcomes identification, planning and implementation of care, and evaluation of patient progress, with a focus on evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and collaboration with families and health team members. Requires RN licensure in MN (and WI by orientation), and a minimum of 3 years RN experience; preferred experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing support. Includes comprehensive benefits, union considerations, and pay range of $40.08–$54.93 per hour equivalent annualized to $83,366–$114,254 depending on experience.
