Job Summary
RN Triage position (0.7 FTE, 56 hours per two-week pay period) with 8-hour day shifts and every 4th weekend rotation. Fully remote position including orientation, with occasional onsite requirements, requiring live within 60 minutes of Apple Valley or Coon Rapids, MN. Role involves triage across all life spans in outpatient clinic settings, cross-training to process medication refills, and coordinating care. Principle duties cover data collection and prioritization, nursing diagnoses, planning and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress. Requires active RN license in MN (and WI by orientation completion) and a minimum of 3 years of RN experience. Proficiency with standard software tools (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) is expected. Preferred qualifications include experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing support. The role emphasizes integrated nursing practice, patient advocacy, collaboration with families and health-care teams, ethical practice, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required
- Licensed Registered Nurse – WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required by completion of orientation
- Minimum 3 years RN experience
- Proficiency in set up and usage of computer technology (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Preferred experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing support
- Eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify)
