Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Med-Surg units using the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment to achieve exceptional outcomes. Requires Colorado RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time, 72-hour schedule with day and night rotation.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
