Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity using the nursing process. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment. Utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and maintain BLS certification. This 13-week night shift assignment offers full-time hours with a local RN traveler contract option for those residing within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
