Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Emergency Department, a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Deliver care up to and including Level 1 trauma designation within a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires Colorado RN license, one year of experience, and ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, or ATCN certification. Full-time 72-hour pay periods with flexible shifts and travel stipends available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
