Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a technically complex environment. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, adhering to the AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. Full-time, 72-hour pay period with day and night rotation. Requires Colorado RN license, one-year experience, ACLS, and current BLS/CPR certification. 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
