RN Trauma ICU

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Trauma ICU, collaborating with medical providers for pre-operative and post-operative nursing. Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes while documenting all care and medication administration in the medical record. Utilize the nursing process to meet individual patient needs, perform technical skills and procedures as ordered, and promote compliance with National Patient Safety Goals. Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients while supporting customer service initiatives aligned with HCAHCS values.
