Job Summary
The Transfer Center Nurse (RN) is the main contact for facilities/providers requesting patient transfers to Concord Hospital. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions and transfers, communicating with referring facilities, and improving quality of care and services. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and BLS certification. A minimum of five years in Acute Care Nursing is required, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required on hire
- Minimum five years of Acute Care Nursing experience
- Demonstrate leadership ability and management skill
- Strong organizational skills including time management and multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
