RN Transfer Center

Coordinate patient admissions and transfers within NAH by directing the Physician Referral Line, obtaining medical histories from referring physicians, and prioritizing resource availability. Update the Daily Bed Poll, manage the physician on-call roster, and ensure accurate data entry into Cerner and Transfer Center software. Collaborate with the House Supervisor to assign admission statuses, process STEMI alerts, and report hospital deaths per policy. Maintain all certifications and licenses, complete mandatory training modules, and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Requires an active Arizona RN license, BLS certification, and three years of acute care experience.
