Job Summary
Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses, then plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care plans as the coordinator of a patient's plan of care. Interact with patients, families, and the health care team through open communication and shared decision-making to achieve patient care goals. Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff while maintaining sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience. Work collaboratively to improve patient care, your work environment, and satisfaction for both patients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR training
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Specialty certifications as required
- Must be able to different colors
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to understand directions and be able to communicate and respond to inquiries
- Must be able to retrieve information from the computer
