RN- Throughput Center - Nights, Full Time (Remote)

Throughput Center RN (Nights) remote-eligible role coordinating patient transfers into Mercy hospitals. Responsibilities include assigning patients to appropriate units based on facility criteria, coordinating staffing and logistics, facilitating admissions and transfers, and ensuring seamless patient flow using EMR modules and electronic scheduling. Requires strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, high-demand environment while maintaining collaboration with care teams. Must reside within 1 hour of a Mercy Hospital location (St. Louis, Festus, South St. Louis County, Washington, Troy, or Cape Girardeau) to allow on-site presence for technical issues. RN license in Missouri and BLS certification are required; minimum 3 years Telemetry or higher acuity nursing experience expected.
