Job Summary
Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure quality care and dignity. Evaluate and monitor residents' conditions, providing professional nursing care per care plans and doctor's orders. Initiate emergency support measures when needed and coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges while completing required documentation. Perform assessment functions to identify changes in physical or psychological conditions and ensure nursing history is present in medical records for all residents. Maintain knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use, including monitors and infusion devices. Requires 1-3 years of direct care experience, a nursing degree, and a current unencumbered Colorado RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado
- Current valid CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents
- previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment
