RN Telemetry

Conduct comprehensive patient care assessments, implement care plans, and perform skilled procedures in a telemetry unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate nursing interventions, establish priorities, and provide leadership on patient outcomes. Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and the Nurse Practices Act while maintaining professional relationships with staff, physicians, and families. Maintain active Registered Nurse status in California and hold current ACLS certification. Requires minimum one year of acute care specialty experience; new graduates and new-to-specialty applicants are not accepted.
