RN-Telemetry Unit M/S 4NO (Full-time, Day shift)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery on the telemetry unit. Coordinate services with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence and facilitate return to prior residence. Manage delegation of patient care to other healthcare team members while maintaining professional accountability. Valid NJ RN license and BLS-AHA certification required. Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 0-1 years of experience required, with 2-4 years preferred. Full-time day shift employment at Hudson Regional Health.
