Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures while documenting vital signs and care outcomes. Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize care based on acuity, and facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions. Maintain infection control practices and advocate for patient preferences within a safe environment. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and strong critical thinking skills for this 13-week travel assignment in Onancock, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
- Must be able to push

- Must have the ability to grasp
- Must have the ability to perform fine manipulation
