Job Summary
The RN in the Telemetry/PCU unit provides holistic patient assessments, diagnoses, and implements care plans for cardiac, neuro, and pulmonary patients in an 18-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4 or 5:1. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and advocating for patient needs. Required qualifications include a valid RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and interpersonal skills. The position demands availability for part-time night shifts and an on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ years of experience in nursing
- Knowledge of hospital equipment and programs
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
