Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across medical-surgical and telemetry units, managing conditions including cardiac, pulmonary, infectious disease, and neurology. Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels, while supervising LPNs and evaluating their scope of practice. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety initiatives and quality improvement projects, ensuring appropriate order sets are utilized.
