Job Summary
Provide and direct primary nursing care to patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits, performing comprehensive assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations for complex multisystem care. Manage unstable patients and those requiring complex care management while demonstrating clinical problem-solving skills. Assume unit leadership roles including serving as Charge Nurse, committee leadership, conducting unit orientation, and guiding resource use for patient care. Requires NJ State Nursing License, BLS certification, and 1-3 years of related nursing experience. Work a 72-hour per pay period schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years related nursing experience
- Graduate of accredited diploma, associate degree or baccalaureate degree nursing program
- NJ State Nursing License
- BLS certification
- Interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills
