RN Telemetry Acute Cardiac

Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform procedures, monitor patients for therapeutic response to medications, and document care administration thoroughly. Administer prescribed medications, respond promptly to patient requests, and proactively anticipate needs to resolve them. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex terminology. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Registered Nurse certification within 90 days of employment start date.
