Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes. Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to maintain standards of practice and ensure quality care within the organization's policies and procedures. Provide professional growth and accountability while functioning within the framework of established guidelines. This full-time night shift position at Piedmont Columbus Midtown requires a current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License, BLS certification, and eligibility as a new graduate. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and one year of hospital experience is required for PRN roles.
