Job Summary
Lead RN for nights at crisis-respite residences, performing triage and psychosocial assessments, developing and communicating individualized service plans, and collaborating with care teams to support residents in learning skills for independent living. All shifts are stay awake. Requires NYS RN license, 3+ years of mental health/crisis experience, CPR within 60 days, and a valid NYS driver’s license. Familiarity with Federal/State regulations and maintaining client confidentiality is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS license as a Licensed Registered Nurse
- Extensive experience (3+ years) providing direct service in mental health and/or crisis field preferred
- Valid NYS driver’s license for required local travel
- CPR certification required within 60 days of employment
