RN Team Lead - Ambulatory ENT Services

RN Team Lead navigates formal and informal leadership on the unit, coordinating and delegating nursing care within the Mayo Nursing Care Model. Responsibilities include staff development, teaching, precepting, committee work, quality improvements, and participation in evidence‐based practice and research. The Team Leader collaborates with management to plan and coordinate daily unit work, ensures patient/family education and transitions of care, and maintains accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. Direct patient care and clinical leadership are essential components of the role; the position supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and the continuum of care.
