RN on the Bone Marrow Transplant/Hematology/Oncology Unit (T7) at West Penn Hospital; unit provides CAR T-cell therapy, stem cell transplants, and other therapies. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, leading in a professional practice setting, mentoring colleagues, delegating tasks based on patient needs and staff skill level, participating in interdisciplinary teams, promoting patient safety and quality initiatives, ensuring appropriate order sets, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and privacy standards. Willingness to contribute to continuous learning and professional development is expected; includes responsibilities across multiple roles within the unit and supports the goal of competency in chemotherapy administration within one year of hire.
