Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. This Level 3 Enterprise Float Pool role allows you to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group, or all facilities across Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and 24 months of hospital RN experience in OB or OR. Full-time or part-time nights or days positions offer a $75/hour base rate with differentials and eligibility for health, 401K, and paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- RN License required
- Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
- Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)
- Full Time/Part Time: 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
- Must be able to exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
