Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 72-bed post-acute facility and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs under the supervision of the DON; ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards; maintain required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the PA Board; opportunities to work PRN within the regional network; be part of a team focused on mutual respect, empowerment, and resident-centered care; CPR certification and PA RN license required; experience with PCC preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
