Job Summary
RN - Surgical / Trauma ICU responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care on a surgical/trauma ICU unit, supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. Requires demonstration of neuro-focused nursing skills (neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, Halo brace procedures) and education delivery. Proficiency with electronic patient records and commitment to patient-centered care aligned with organizational values.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred.
- VALID State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License.
- BLS Required.
